97 dyna lowering the bike? how much and how?

97 dyna lowering the bike? how much and how?

i want to lower the bike to make it more friendly to me because im only 5´9" tall and want to maybe put on a new seat and shorter shocks . how much shorter shocks will fit? i was thinking 1.5 " which would be 11.5 eye to eye has anyone done this? kerry
