Anyone heard about Virago 500?

Hi i´m looking to buy a Virago 500 bike. I´m from israel, and here there´s no virago 535 available (except for private imports). The things is that I can´t find any resource on the internet about this model. I would assume that it´s a localized 535 model, but i can´t be sure. I don´t how to find the reference catalog model number for this bike that is sold in israel, and i´m not even sure if i´ll write to yamaha, if they are gonna give me that information.

Every biker here in israel (almost) says that Virago 250 is much better than 500, and that the 500 model has a complicated structure and is more expensive in service. Also they say that it´s about the same power, and consumes much more fuel.
I tried to compare the virago 535 and 250 specs on this site and virago 535 is much strnoger 46HP against 21HP.

Can you please comment on this or maybe provide some information on this model or any links?
