Hi, If it around 40 were you are try putting the bike inside and warm it up. They have carburetors set so lean they don´t get enough gas to start when it´s cold. My 1996 Goldwing would never fire at around 40. I turn on the heat in the garage for 15 mins and it would start right up. Best regards, CB350
