had a similar problem but it seemed to be more of a wobble at the rear. in two diffrent incidents i found a bolt missing and one loose from the stabilizer at the top the heads. another and more involved problem was the rear motor mount. a good indicator of this is bottoming out more frequently and if you will look under the bike ck to see if the bottom of the engine has dropped down below the frame. hope this helps.
