it does 60mph (12bhp) restricted or 85 mph (25bhp) derestricted. To get 30 bhp you have to fit a 270-290 main jet in the carb and change the standard steel Yamaha reed for a boyesen one as well as all the standard tweaks like changing the exhaust to an Arrow or Gianelli, fixing the powervalve so it is fully open, modifying the CDI unit to stop the 8,000 rpm rev limit and changing the rear wheel sprocket to a smaller one for more top speed.
