I purchased mine off e-bay.
Simply type in BMW F650 GS and you´ll come across quite a selection. The one I purchased is on a CD (great quality!) that allows you to print the sections you need. This way, you can get the pages all oily and dirty, then recycle them without damaging an original booklet type manual.
