More vibration out of engine after 3500 miles?

My bike is currently in the shop for engine vibration after only 3500 miles. Bike feels like im riding a weedeater all of sudden. I hope its nothing but I was wondering if anyone has experienced something like this on anny other bikes they have had. Hopefully it will be minor. I will post the diagnostic when i get the bike back this week.
