2012 Big Bear 400 Hunter throttle issue

Hello,

I am working on a 2012 Big Bear 400 Hunter that is having an odd issue. When cranked the ATV will idle fine but at about half throttle it starts cutting out. I have drained the tank and put a new carb on. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
