86 suzuki cavalcade starting/ignition troubleshoot

I´ve been trying to get this bike fired up. It turned over but was leaking fuel from carb. Fixed that. changed starter relay and replaced battery, fuel pump is working. Bike just clicks but doesn´t turn over. Does anyone have any ideas where I might look next?
