Got the Bike but no Papers!

I bought one of these from Confederate, paid for it, had it delivered, but there were no papers! It´s been 18 months, and I can´t get anything from them. The bike is sitting in a showroom, never been ridden since I paid for it. Can you imagine selling a bike without papers? Be careful!!
