I ordered my 2010 Monster 696 with ABS. They said the gas tank would be 3.7 gallons. It was built in March and delivered August 10, 2010. It was bought
for my daughter, but that day was the first day she decided not to ride anymore! She was practicing on a Honda crf 230m. Now I ride both.
The tires on the 696 never made me comfortable with leaning. I actually fell when riding in rain...twice on the same day. Now with new Pirelli Diablo Rossi III, I look forward to leaning. I see that new Ducati are on these also. The bike got the 7,500 mile service and installed tires in Feb 2020 $2,765.00.+ tire cost online. I just replaced low beam with a Sylvania Led bulb.(2/$100)
