I´ve heard a bit about a troublesome rotary valve disc on this bike I have no idea where this is located, they claim it is made from some sort of fibrous material and it breaks down sometimes not allowing the valves to close properly. Could this be my problem.I can get it to start by pulling it but not all the time,even when it does start it blows more smoke than it should and runs rough
