Bought a beautiful ´09 Fatboy 3 weeks ago. But it feels underpowered and the engine heats up seriously...so much that even my heat resistant cover (for weather protection) melted onto the chrome exhaust. Also the brake discs and exhaust tips are showing signs of rust. I live in Singapore where humidity levels are super high and its the monsoon season now but rust in less than 3 weeks? Can anyone explain the heat from the engine? Plus how to get rid of the melt and rust on the exhaust n brake discs. Thank you.
