Blown main fuse

Need help with what seems to be an electrical short. Bike shut down while riding. Everything failed, engine, lights , horn, etc. Found main 20 amp fuse blown. Attempted to replace but fuse immediately blown when trying to replace. Replaced the solenoid per recommendation but no change. No other recent repairs or modifications. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
