| I have a healthy collection of the GT of dirtbikes the it 490 that im restoring slowly. In the past none of my 490,s ever lost a run in a stait line agains anything including it 465, wr 500,cr 500,tt 600 or what ever. I have noticed the it 490 is the only big bore yamy with the solid cupped crank while the it,yz 465,yz 490,wr 500 all had the traditional strait crank with drilled holes to counter balance. I wonder does the it 490 have more crank presure thus force inducting a better fuel mixture,resulting in more fuel and more octain. |
