How to delimitate your motorcycle

just got back from the yamaha mechanic. i bought my motorcycle yesterday. the maximum my motorcycle gave me was 53 km limited. today after delimiting it goes 63 km straight rode i got it to 74 going downhill. the mechanic said to get it faster i should change the front thing that pulls the chain from a 11 tooth to a 13 tooth. any way this is what they did to delimit the motorcycle. first they took out my gas tank and took a part out and drilled a hole in it. i heard them say drill the hole in the letter o. then they put it back and put the motorcycle back together. then they went and cut out the white and pink wires out of the cdi unit. that was all they did. then put it back on the motorcycle now my motorcylce is delimited and won 11 km. when i get my next pay check i am going to put in a new part in the front of the motorcycle with 13 teeth. then i will let you know how much it goes. sorry if the english isnt that well i am from portugal. if anyone has any other ideias on how to make the motorcycle faster email me please
