Last month I came by a 2008 Charm 150 (not running) showing 1,100 miles on the odometer that had been stored several years. The original owner brought it in for repairs and days later was killed riding a motorcycle. The shop did not want to bother with it as there was nobody to pay the bill so they passed it to a Honda Rebel dealer who also did not want to bother. Enter me! No title is available; and in Florida, there are too many hoops to jump through for an eighty-five-year-old retiree. I have the time but too little smarts and money though the thought of rolling out on those 15-inch wheels almost got me going. It´s missing a few parts: something that rides above the tail light... whatever belongs in that big empty space beneath the seat (an air cleaner on some Chinese scooters)... an access panel in front of the valve cover... that´s all I can determine. Several wires seem to have no home as does a large pink plug that looks like a computer parallel port. Everything else seems factory-fresh showing no signs of wear or neglect. The yellow gloss paint is flawless. No carburetor... it´s fuel-injected. The no-title thing kills my restore spirit so I have decided to parts-it-out. Photos are available. I´m really sorry to see it go this way. Thanks for the read. John Whitaker
