anf125 Good Starter? Consider Purchase

So looking at this anf125 model as a starter bike(scooter) just something to get from A - B really. Offered at 800euro, probably get it cheaper, but has 60k on the clock. Is it worth the investment? and what time frame am i looking at to replace it, pending good new owner care.
