I have an ´84 ZN700. It has blown it´s headlamp bulb, 3 fuses and smoke came from behind the rev counter, which has stopped working.

Replaced headlamp bulb and fuses. Anyone had this happen / know what has caused it?

Tried getting a replacement rev counter but they´re a ridiculous price although won´t be replacing it until the fault that cuased it is found/sorted?

Any comments/help welcome.
