Hi,spark plug gap is 0.028-0.032in or 0.7-0.8 mm.
type NGK b8ES or ND W24ES-U.
A good section for ZN700 is covered in Kawasaki service manual part number 99924-1035-04 years 82 to 87,thanks Alan.
