Idle problem

My 07 softail has a idle problem when the bike is warm. it goes into an excessively low idle at a stop sign it nearly quits or it does shut down. Starts back up right away. I have not changed anything although it does have a 2 into 1 pipe that was on it when purchased? Any injector adjustments? air/ fuel?
