Nightrider here... located in south central Ohio. I´m the proud owner of a CT1B 175 Enduro I bought new in the summer of 1970 when I returned from Uncle Sam´s all expense paid vacation in southeast Asia: AKA Thailand/Vietnam/Laos/Cambodia. I Uncrated and assembled it myself at the Cycle Center, in Huntington, WV, where I lived at the time. My great friend Bruce also bought one when I did and I put his together too. About a month later another great friend, David, joined us with his new 175 and my cousin Barry joined us with his 360 Enduro (RT1) purchased earlier that year. We had more fun on those bikes that summer (and winter, for that matter) than a person should be allowed! The CT1s were incredibly durable... they got a real workout and never let us down. We flogged them almost daily for three years before going our separate ways due to our occupations. Now I´m the only one of our group to still have his. Time and poor storage conditions took their toll on it but by freshening up the bottom end, replacing the fork seals and wheel bearings and finding a good gas tank for it I think I could have it up and running in no time. If anyone visiting this group has access to or information on available CT1B parts please let me know.
