Misfiring/backfiring at start.

Hi there,

Really hope someone can help.

2006 Honda sh125i ran fine from home to work but then when starting it up for the return journey it struggled to ignite and then misfired 2 or 3 times in quick succession and now won´t start.

Any ideas
