Antifreeze?

With the snow arriving tonight in London, I was thinking where do I put the antifreeze..And it made me think about the cooling system. where is access to the cooling system, should i put antifreeze in, and how can i check the water level? Im a newbee to the scootering world as you can see!Thanks
