fill to top of hole. when you lean the bike slightly left you should be able to see the top of the oil line. if you are doing an oil and filter change,run the engine till warm, let the oil settle back to the crankcase add as needed.one trick is to leave your bike on center stand. you can stoop down and tip the bike away from you before you ever stat it.
