FIRST CHECK YOUR FLOAT LEVELS. AT IDLE TO ABOUT 1/8 THROTTLE MOST OF FUEL IS DELIVERED THROUGH THE PILOT SCREWS. BECAUSE SOMEONE HAD ALREADY CHANGED THINGS ON MY CARBS I DID NOT KNOW WHERE TO SET MINE, SO I STARTED AT 1 1/2 TURNS. IF YOUR BIKE SET FOR A LONG WHILE IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO CLEAN YOUR CARBURATORS, IF YOU DONT HAVE THE SKILL OR KNOWLEDGE TO DO THIS, GET A CAN OF SEA FOAM FROM AN AUTO PARTS STORE. RUN IT THROUGH A COUPLE TANKS OF GAS. ALSO CHECK YOUR IGNITION COILS UNDER YOUR TANK. THEY MAY WORK OKAY WHEN COOL BUT MIGHT START TO FAIL WHEN HOT. A GOOD INDICATION OF THIS WOULD BE TO CHECK YOUR SPARK PLUGS TO SEE IF A CYLINDER IS FIRING WEAK. IF YOU FIND A WET PLUG SWITCH IT WITH ANOTHER CYLINDER RIDE IT AROUND FOR A BIT AND CHECK THAT CYLINDER AGAIN. IF THE PLUG COMES OUT WET, CHECK YOUR COIL AND PLUG WIRE. IF THEY CHECK OUT OKAY IT COULD BE A VALVE NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED. IF ALL THAT FAILS IT MAY BE A FAULTY IGNIGHTER WHICH TAKES A SPECIAL READER TO CHECK, AND YOU´LL HAVE TO TAKE IT TO A SHOP FOR THAT
