Help with Carbs please

Fixing up my dad´s 1990 Radian. 10+ years ago the carbs were disassembled, not very organized, to be rebuilt and get old gas out of them. What would be more recommended, trying to piece toget her the box of parts or buy used ones and then disassemble and clean the ones that I know the parts are there. 2nd is there anyone that would be willing to help me with these carbs because I and my father are clueless on how or what to do to tune them and everything. Also college student so on a relatively small budget but willing to put some money into the projects. Thanks alot for your help!!
