Did you solve the issue? My thoughts were to take the petcock off, take it apart and check the black circular rubber gasket inside and see if the holes are lined up properly. Two of the four holes should be lined up with the open holes in the assembly. Other thoughts: Too much permatex between the petcock and the tank (plugging off the fuel?) Petcock filters are blocked? Hope you got her sorted out in the last year anyways. Would be good to hear an update. Cheers
