Anthony, the clutch is hydraulic. Check the resevoir on the clutch lever for fluid. If necessary, fill it with the specified fluid only. (on the resevoir cover.)
The electrical stuff may be a fuse, a short or possibly a bad battery. I´ll look up the main fuse location for you when I get back home on Monday. Batterys can die quickly by shorting out. Some stuff may work, but not others.
