just bought 83 750 shadow need help

just bought 83 750 shadow need help

is there a clutch cable? is there a fuse box? clutch wont engage, horn wont sound, blinkers wont blink. everything worked in the morning but when i got back to the bike that afternoon and the clutch wouldnt engage then i noticed those other things please help!!
