I recentley bought the 05 sprint 2 weeks ago and have done 1600kms, so just run in.I love the bike, but have similar isues as you. There is too much heat coming from the under seet exhaust through the seat.
And the front brakes heavy, and has too much travel, but does work well if you pull hard. I can´t see how this can be fixed unless you change the master cylinder.As for the hot seat. Triumph has excepted the problem and is supplying an extra heat sheld for under the seat but it won´t be avalable until mid Jan Will let you know how it goes.
