my bike tipped over in locked position.the handelbars are pointing just a hair to the right of center. How do i re-adjust? just loosen maine screw and adjust a hair back or is that ring with the knotches do that? also the factory carb jets clog so easy when it sits for a couple of days. some times have to use carb spray to start it. should i just get a better carb? if so, What kind. thanks, Chris
