fuel delivery problems

battery went dead set for 9 months put new battery on new gas. started to ride fuel injection light started blinking parked put some sea foam gas treatment in runs good idling put it under a load fuel injection starts blinking put innew plugs air filter changed oil can anyone tell me where fuel filter is located out of options
