| For those who have purchased the 05/06 FLHRI, check for leaking valve seals as these 2 models have been plagued with this problem. H-D will fix the problem but you have to discover it, preferably before going on a long trip. Otherwise the bike seems to be great to ride. They still suffer from some heat distress on hot days but will get you home. Use the best synthetic oil you can afford, like AMSOIL or MOBIL-1, to help counteract the heat issue. |
