Just bought one and rode it home today

I may be one of many who quickly moved up to a dyna from a sportie. I purchased this in May and picked it up today. Although the weather was a overcast I rode it home 120 miles from home. I am currently in Germany and purchased a Dyna Super Glide Custom. I can definitely say, it was a great treat. It´s got more stability and it´s low enough for someone like me. I stand about 5.3 with a 26.5 in. inseam. I´m not totally flat footed on it but it´s pretty close. Does anyone know what I need to do in order to get a more comfortable ride? I think I may need pull back and a shaved seat for more comfort. Not to mention a softer clutch lever. In any case, do write back with your comments. Feedback is greatly appreciated.
