hi steve, yes i got it ,wow what a cool bike ,150 miles already so im still babying it,just took the girlfriend for her first ride,she loved it.just short shifting through the gears using third to half throttle,instant acceleration.the exhaust may be quiet but the sound of that thumping engine when overtaking more than makes up for it,also when using the engine braking to me it sounds like a ducati...handles like you wouldnt believe....it mighthave only 100mph top speed but being out in the wind makes it feel much faster
after putting down my deposit i had to wait a week for mine so i passed the timelooking for more info on the web(not much about)went on a supermotard forum and most of the guys slagged it off(too heavy,looks ugly,too little this,too little that)i can tell you i was having second thoughts,i felt sick...what have i done...all my savings for two years and ive wasted it on this piece of crap...well i needn´t have worried,its a great bike in m.h.o. it might not by a stripped to the bone no compromise motard
but its one hell of a package with real world practicalities and best of all its fun fun fun...got about 90 miles for about £6 worth of fuel....about the exhaust well i didn´t put the website in my favourites list and ill be buggered if i can find it now.i may have made a mistake and confused it with a xtz 660 ,im just not sure?? but someone will make one soon and im not thinking of changing for 6-8 months anyway.
hope you enjoy yours as much as i enjoy mine,its sure different than your VFR.
don´t listen to all the naysayers who havn´t paid out for one do your own thing because if you feel as happy as i feel now your in for a great time.
