I have a 05 Vmax I got in late July and to date I love it! Things I have noticed are: - getting up to high revs quickly causes the "oil" light to come on and stay on if I continue to push through the gears. My mechanic has changed the oil sensor but has told me that it is nothing to worry about.. I hope not once the one year warranty is over. As well, not sure if the power is up where I think it should be... running variations of gas ( high test, reg unleaded ) Other things would be a customized sissy with pad that I can remove easily ( keeps the good looks ) as the factory one doesn´t do it for me. Has anyone thought to look into this further? Also interest to know if the highway pegs work for riding long distances as well as seat modifications to help out the butt. Look forward to a chat on this. Sean. |
