Having carb problems. Front carb was burping fuel out the overflow. Found needle valve stuck in seat. Cleaned up jets, passageways and assembled . Found the rear needle valve the same position with no fuel to bowl. Also cleaned all jets & passageways. Replaced needle valve, seat & float. Set float height to 27mm. Bike seems to run OK except it surges in the mid range when I open the throttle up. Any suggestions.Thanks
