How do I change the oil?

How do I change the oil?

I just bought an 02 Maruader from my uncle and been driving it a bit. I want to change the oil, but don´t want to bother him. I seen the oil cap on the top, but don´t know how to change the oil. Do I need a new oil filter as well? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
