you need to take the carb off remove the float bowl. there is a main jet and a slow jet. remove the slow jet. a slow is is small brass tube with holes in it. it is about 1/2 to 3/4 inch long. it is supposed to be hollow. when it is clogged your bike will not idle. if it is clogged I have used a piece of copper wire to loosen debris. Sometimes it is difficult because the hole is so small. the wire I use is a strand from a wire in an extention cord. good luck.
