I bought this bike 2 years ago, and have never been back to the dealer. Closest dealer is a 3 hr drive for me. That is the only complaint I have about this Triumph! This bike is the most fun thing I can do with my clothes on. The only thing I´ve had to do on this bike is change tires and oil. I´m over due on my valve check at 14,000 miles, and I´m going to do this myself with the help of the guys on the newbonneville america internet site. If your looking for a touring bike and plan on rideing the superslabs, I would look for a heavy bike like a gold wing, but if you want to just have fun in town, on the twisties, or just cruseing the coast, I really can´t think of a better bike. I´ve been rideing for 43 years now, mostly old harleys and then the evolution motors, and have enjoyed them all, but what a feeling when I pull up to the group on this Triumph. Like I said, been on this bike for 2 years now, and I´ve never seen another on the road. Makes me feel exclusive! More of a rebel than the other flockers on the V twins.
