I HAD THE TOP END REBUILT BY DOMS CYCLE IN CHARLESTON WV AND THE MOTORCYCLE STILL SMOKES AND VERY HARD TO START.IT ALSO FOULS OUT PLUGS EVERY TIME YOU TURN IT OFF WHAT WOULD CAUSE THIS TO FOUL PLUGS AND BE SO HARD TO START?
