2005 XR 200 - front shocks are SPRINGY

2005 XR 200 - front shocks are SPRINGY

jsut bought a 2005 XR 200 (imported from Asia). Front shocks seem really springy and easy to compress - they have some oil in them, but im thinking not enough. Anyone know the oil capacity on those shocks? Also looking for cheap tips to upgrade the front to be a bit stiffer - I´m 225lbs.
