The XR 400 for 2002 is a sound bike to ride and I have received a great deal of enjoyment since purchased from dealership. I have yet been successful when trying to start this bike when cold. Following all instructions in the owners manual I found that I was still unsuccssful and have had to push start the bike. Once warmed this bike has not let me down when hot starting. Any comments or suggestions forwarded would be appreciated. :)
