New to me Honda sh125 2007 with drum rear brake.

Problem: rear brake squeals every time it is used, to the point where I only use the front brake. I took the rear brake apart and chamfered the edges of the brake surface and adjusted brakes F and R per manual. This worked for a hundred miles, now the squeal is back. What can I do next? Thanks.
