Owned an 82 Canadian edition sturgis, 1 of only 49 "factory customs" built that year. It was red in colour with gold anodized mags with a silver band unlike the traditional red band of the standard black sturgis. I purchased it in 87 and sold it 13 years later for a tidy profit. The red paint had a Canadian Maple leaf on the tanks and fenders in gold. It was my second harley owned and had only one problem, I blew a brand new primary belt while heavy gear jambing fron 2nd to third. Highley recomended.
