I had my engine completely rebuilt, and I´m installing it back into the frame. I´ve been told that because of this I must pay special attention to the motor mounts, shimming each mount if necessary. This will prevent stress to the crank case. The problem is I´ve been told by others not to shim. They say I should just torq the motor to the frame without the shims. Please advise.
