This last Thursday I found an 1980 TS250 in a field,it was yanked out of the weeds and shot the carb with starting fluid; to my amazement the engine popped off. Its too bad the bike as a whole looks terrible. The plastic is destroyed, the seat had been recovered in duct tape years ago the bike is missing the oil tank, fuel tank, wiring, lighting, and much more, my wife and son thought I was insane for bringing this jewell home. I have since purchased a good looking TS 100 with a bad engine and am in the process of switching over the usable parts to the TS250. I am still in need of a couple of things, an air filter box, exhaust silencer, and side plastics (blue). Are these parts available still? Best regards, Tad |
