I am rebuilding my little brothers bike. Every thing was going great untill I torched the head bolts down. All but two will torch all the way.. It seams as though the bolt is turning inside the sleeve. The nuts are not striped. After I take the head back off. How do I take the two bolts out of the sleeve. Thanks for any help you can give my.
