Mystery oil is what the old timers call a real thin viscosity household oil. Sinclair sold it in a little can with a narrow spout on the top. I think 3 in 1 oil is another name?
It is great to break up any rust and loosen the pistons, etc. Let it sit a few days after putting it in. Should help.
